SHIPPING ESSENTIAL OILS

Due to USPS regulations, several of our essential oils may only be shipped via Parcel Post.These oils include Sweet Orange, Lemon and Tea Tree Essential Oils. Any order containing one of these three oils must be shipped via Parcel post. Please keep in mind that Parcel Post is far slower than Priority Mail, and can take up to 10 days to reach you.

ALL OTHER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. We use USPS First Class Mail for anything under 13 ounces, and USPS Priority Mail for everything else. We have found these forms of delivery to be both economical and reliable, and they also allow us to ship to both street addresses and P.O. boxes.

Domestic orders are usually delivered within 2-8 business days after placing your order. International shipping times vary.

If you’re in desperate need of soapnuts and want to get expedited shipping, just let us know — we’ll do everything we can to help you out.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping is calculated and automated within our shopping cart system, and you’ll be able to check the shipping cost for your order before you complete your purchase. If you feel that shipping is too expensive, please contact us and we’ll coordinate a less-expensive alternative that may take slightly longer to reach you.

PACKAGING POLICIES

We make a sincere effort to get your order to you safely using the least amount of packaging necessary to minimize our environmental impact. We occasionally use recycled bubble wrap or air pillows, but you will never ever see us use Styrofoam peanuts of any kind, even the earth-friendly stuff. We hate those things. They’re a pain to clean up. We’re pretty sure everyone else hates them too, and why would we send you something you’re going to love wrapped in something you’re going to hate? That would just be wrong.

ORDERING

We use PayPal to receive payments for all orders. PayPal enables you to send payments quickly and securely online using a credit card or bank account – with or without a PayPal account. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

Occasionally, we run out of stock rather unexpectedly. If this has happened with an item in your order, we will send you an email to let you know. We will let you know the estimated shipping date, and will also offer an alternate product. If neither is satisfactory, we will promptly issue a refund, through Paypal, for the missing items — along with our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER

We make a sincere effort to fill all orders quickly and correctly. If your order is received with any notable shortcomings, please let us know within 30 days and we will take care of it promptly.
