Soapnuts don't grow on trees in the US, so we buy them in bulk from our supplier overseas and transport them to the US by ship. We pay a fair price for them, and are assured that the workers who collect and de-seed them are paid a fair wage. Although we could have them packaged overseas, too, we choose to package our product here in the US. This allows us to be firmly in control of working conditions and the quality of our product.

We are committed to providing quality products.

All soapnuts are NOT created equally. Inferior soapnuts are common in the marketplace: small, un-seeded, badly stored, and low in saponin content. In contrast, our soapnuts are of the highest quality.

Our essential oils are ethically produced and are free from pesticides or chemical fertilizers, and are of the highest quality. Our fragrant oils are synthetically compounded to be extremely rich, complex, and long lasting, and we intentionally offer phthalate-free choices.

We are committed to shipping your product quickly.

We know how it feels to wait for a product you're excited about (or you really, really need), so we do our best to minimize the wait.

We are committed to honesty.

We won't tell you that soapnuts will cure something they don't, or that they will clean something they won't.

We are committed to building relationships with our customers.

We encourage your emails (questions, concerns, criticism, or praise) and make a serious effort to answer them promptly. We also participate in various forms of social media in an effort to better connect with you.

We intentionally avoid using invasive marketing techniques.

We don't purchase positive reviews of our product to mislead you. We don't spam our customers. We don't hijack blogs with unsolicited spam about our product. We consider those behaviors breaches of trust, and we strive to be trustworthy.
