Shipping
All domestic orders within the contiguous United States are processed and shipped within 2 business days, and you can usually expect delivery within 2-8 business days after placing your order.

We use First Class Mail for smaller items (such as our SoapNut sample bags), and Priority Mail for larger items. (We have found these forms of delivery to be economical, reliable, and they allow us to ship to your street address as well as post office boxes).

If you’re in desperate need of soapnuts, and you’d like to expedite the shipping, send us and email and we’ll work something out.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated and automated within our shopping cart system and are clearly visible during the check out process. If you feel that the automatically calculated shipping is too expensive, please contact us and we will be happy to coordinate a less expensive alternative (usually first class mail).

Shipping Internationally
At this time, we do not ship our product internationally. Because soapnuts are actually a dried fruit (and a relatively unknown one at that), many countries will not allow us to “import” them without special permission.

Ordering
We use PayPal to receive payments for all orders. PayPal enables you to send payments quickly and securely online using a credit card or bank account — with or without a PayPal account. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.

Out of Stock Items
Occasionally we run out of stock of particular items rather unexpectedly. If this happens, we will send you an email to offer an alternate product. If the alternate is not satisfactory, we will promptly issue a refund, through Paypal, for the missing items — along with our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

Problems with Your Order
We make a sincere effort to fill all orders quickly and correctly. If your order is received with any notable shortcomings, please let us know immediately and we’ll do our best to fix it. In any event, please let us know about discrepancies, shortages, broken merchandise and any requests for returns within 30 days of the issued invoice date.

Returns
If for ANY reason you are unhappy with our products, please send them back within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, NO questions asked! (Because your input helps us to better understand our customers needs, we do appreciate a short explanation for the reason of return — but it is certainly not required). All shipping charges incurred for returning merchandise to LaundryTree is the sole responsibility of the customer. We promptly issue all refunds through PayPal.
